Over 650-page comprehensive report was the outcome of three years of hard work by the CRC Members led by Justice (R) Edmond Cowan and Advised by Mr. Senator (R) Sana Ullah Baloch. 

Despite limited resources and the outbreak of the Ebola Virus Disease, the CRC, with the support of international partners, allowed Sierra Leoneans to participate in the review process through nationwide consultations. In addition, Public Submission Forms were distributed all over the country, and position papers were submitted to the CRC by political parties, government institutions, NGOs, civil society organizations, women’s and youth groups, the media, key independent bodies, and prominent international organizations.

Mr. Baloch served as a Senior Consultation Adviser for the Somali Constitutional Review Process during 2011 and 2012.
